We are looking to get some great tenants in the downstairs level of our duplex ASAP. It is at the corner of Spring and Flad. It was built in 1900 and is in great shape. Here are some details:

$25 per car for garage use (3 car, including 2 spots directly onto the street)

- 600 credit score or above REQUIRED
- Verification of rent from previous residence owner (or mortgage payment verification) REQUIRED
