Air pollution to the max

Everything is filthy and you will always have a cough! Don't use the laundry room unless you disinfect the machines twice!!!!!!!!!

Great for me

I lived there for 5 years they had some issues, but they were able make it work for me. The only reason for the move I wanted to live next to the riverfront. Other than that, I would still be there, the rooms are big I had a two bedroom the prices were great for downtown.

Just Don’t !

This place is a living nightmare! Noise levels you would t believe from tenets inside and outside at all times of day and night. Haven’t had a working microwave in over a year and no hot water either. They have changed managers at least six times in two years. Requests and complaints get done maybe if you’re lucky. Just don’t live here if you can help it !

STAY AWAY

This place is trash from the regional manager on down to the leasing office they don’t respond to emails or voicemails especially the regional manager everything in the laundry room always broke the gym equipment broke the trash piles up some ppl have roaches and bed bugs they don’t inform you just make sure you walk the whole building and pay Attention

Thank you for this feedback. While this is not the review we hope to see, it does allow us to become aware of issues on the site. We recently implemented a trash service to assist with the increase in trash room use and have scheduled repairs… on the fitness equipment and laundry machines. Unfortunately, the delivery of parts has been what has been holding us up. We did send out a communication with updates, so I apologize if you did not receive that email. I am very responsive to residents so if you are having trouble reaching me, please make sure you are emailing jenni.feder@dominiuminc.com. I will also be on site Tuesday and Thursday this week if you would like to arrange a time to meet in person.
