Nice apartment

The property manager was extremely nice and explain every detail to a tee. The apartments are nice and affordable if you’re looking for an apartment at this price range, then these apartments are it. Anytime I need something fixed maintenance or there.

Trash but will get you by

I moved in August 2019 and left December 2023. This was my first apartment but i was desperate and naive. Signed my lease before seeing my unit, once I got the keys and did a “tour” saw a roach in the kitchen on the sink! I treated my apartment twice before moving anything in. Saw a roach here and there and then didn’t see them again for a while. Car window was broken once by thieves. Guest car was broken into twice! Had to replace the windows each time. Saw over 6 different property managers… and 4 different maintenance men over the course of the time i lived here. Man tried to break into my home once at 4 am and the police never came! Security officer did not answer phone. The crime rate in the area is terrible, a man was killed in the park across the street and i witnessed two shootings on the parking lot. There have been physical and verbal fights among neighbors also multiple times. I had a neighbor who constantly fought her guest and made noises at all time of the night and nothing was ever done until she didn’t pay her rent on time. Many people are evicted and their units have been abandoned and since they don’t clean them out they have a HUGE roach infestation. There are also annoying stray cats that are outside of the building that will try to run in and follow you to your apartment. I also had mold growing in a closet and on my living room wall. I would not suggest moving here unless you are desperate! the units are nice and affordable but this should be your LAST OPTION!

good apartments

If this is your price range and you’re looking for a good first apartment these are it. They have variety styled apartment styles(loft,regular etc) a great management team. Any problem you have they will make sure to fix it and they’re very understanding and friendly. I’ve been here since August 2022 so far, so good .
