Awful place to live
If you'd like to live in an apartment where the ceilings are so thin that you can hear your neighbor's every move, this is the place for you.
One adult male lives above me, and his steps shake my walls. I've had to remove all wall decorations as they fall off when he walks. The noise is constant—stomping, scraping, pounding, and dropping heavy items. I have filed several noise complaints, only to have them all ignored.
The one time I spoke to a manager, they told me to call the cops. So, it's... either have the cops at your place every day, causing a neighbor war, or just deal with it. I've tried talking to him, and he obviously does not care. He is home 24/7
The neighbors next to me are also extremely audible, as the walls are as thin as paper. You will hear their conversations plainly. Luckily for me, the one who was screaming racial and homophobic slurs has moved out. They lived below a family with a child who would run from one side of the apartment to the other—something I could also hear from my unit.
Over the past few years, they renovated all of their apartments to have wooden creaky floors. Unsurprisingly, after that, people started moving out. If you take a walk past the units, you'll notice that most of the apartments are now vacant.
I plan on posting a full review once my lease runs out, detailing the ABUNDANCE of problems in this apartment complex. I will also be adding a video of the audio from my living room.
One last thing: If you're quoted a price here, plan to add about $150–$200 for nondescript "utilities" tagged onto the rent.
