I lived here for two years, leaking roofs, mold, unkept building, very thin walls, ever changing management company who you may or may not be able to contact, no secured parking. They are a secured building however sometime the call box or the secure doors are broken. In all fairness the apartment itself is very spacious, features open concept and sky lights concrete flooring dishwasher washer and dryer and all electric.
