It makes total sense why these apartments are going so fast. I’m a recent transplant to STL, and I honestly couldn’t be more smitten with my new apartment. I did a serious apartment hunt for a while and I could not be happier here. The building itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a layout that perfectly balances function and charm. I’m especially taken with the layout of my unit. The natural wood floors are gorgeous, and the KITCHEN - my god, the kitchen is one of my favorite features... .

I was also really impressed by the community spaces. A rooftop patio(!), a pristine gym, bike storage, a dog wash station, and I'm sure there's so much more I am forgetting. It all feels seamless. I have a nicer car and I had prioritized off-street parking in my initial apartment search and the garage here is PERFECT. The safety features are top-notch, which immediately put me at ease, and the cleanliness? Absolutely impeccable. Every corner is spotless, which makes coming home feel even more comforting.

In the short time I’ve been here, everyone I’ve met has been friendly and polite, and I’m constantly surprised by how quiet it is. The sum of all of its parts really makes a difference.

This place has checked every box for me: secure, easy access, cleanliness, an ideal layout, and incredibly thoughtful design. My apt already feels like Home with a capital "H." I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start this next chapter in St. Louis. Read More
