The best mid range that Saint Peters used to have!

Exciting new upgrades being implemented, usually beginning at 7 am for the last 4 months! Become part of the evacuating community as we are priced out of our own homes, it's so exciting to see how many amenities are being added. This is quickly becoming the 5th best apartment complex in lovely Saint Peters, MO at a top tier price! All you and your family need, is a fistful of cash, stellar credit, and the ability to live under arbitrary and draconian rules and you too can be a proud resident… of the best lip sticked up pig your dollars can afford! Arrange a tour today! While here, feel free to chat it up with the dwindling residency and see what a difference Brookmount can make in your life.

Please do not rent here

Terrible place to live. There are zero amenities and has become expensive. Property group is promising upgrades and listing them as already completed, but they are not here. Photos in listing are of the leasing office not the actual living space. Buildings are actually 50 years old, infested with toxic mold, Aluminum wiring, and lead paint. I cannot stress enough how dishonest and uncaring this new group is given the abject deplorable conditions of the apartments are. Do NOT rent here.
