Alright except

We lived there a year and neighbors brought roaches. We tried and tried to keep them out but they still came. They did very very little about the problem. They also took my deposit because the pest were sooooo bad we moved before our lease was up. Someone stole my laundry which was mostly my daughters clothes. Then a month after leaving they want to charge us for carpet cleaning...they are a joke!!!!

Run while you can

DO NOT RENT from this place, maintenance never fixes anything roaches everywhere. Cops always here thought at one point that they was using an apartment for an police station. You ask the manager to fix something never gets fixed in a timely matter and they thing that living with roaches is completely ok to pay full rent.

Very happy here!

I've been at Crosswinds for over a year and am very happy with my unit, the maintenance, and the office management. Everything is well kept, and any maintenance needs are addressed promptly. The swimming pool is very nice and well maintained. Easy access to the highway, and shopping.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this review. I am always looking for ways to improve our community and really appreciate input. We will start opening the pool and spa area around Mid-April. I am planning a community social at the pool... for early May to kick off the summer; I will keep everyone here in the community updated on the details and dates as they are finalized.

Wi-fi and Internet included in rent,landscaping nicely done,prompt maintenance,sparkling pool.
