All 2 and 3 bedroom homes have two full baths with the two bedroom homes being split-bed plans. Enjoy free cable and high speed Internet, also sewer, water, and trash service is paid for. Golden Pond apartments is one of the few apartment complexes to offer free high-speed Internet. Enjoy the 20'x40' swimming pool, in ground 8'x10' hot tub, covered picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facility at the activity center. We have lived in our apartment in Golden Pond for almosty 9 years and when someone asks where we live we are proud to say Golden Pond. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff respond quickly to any problems and are very knowledgeable. We have no intention of living!

Thus far, it has been pleasant. The one time I needed a handy man, he came over the next day and fixed the water problem. And they are striving to makes things streamlined, such as the implementation of the new package system.

I love it here! It’s a beautiful place! Just wish the neighbors were more friendly.. but management is friendly! The apartments are overall very nice and can’t really hear your neighbors too much but I still try to be as respectful as possible.
