there are many things I would change about the company but I like my apartment. You can hear the neighbors pretty clearly through the walls.

I love golden pond! I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s amazing!!! I love the people! They care about their tenants!! They are always so kind to me and my son when we go to the office! Thank you golden pond!!

I love it. Buildings are nice and clean, and it’s in a great location! The staff are very friendly and helped me and my roommate through the whole process. I would highly recommend!
