Great place

I've been here now 4 months and I'm liking it. The property is well maintained and most people I've met enjoy living here. Management are friendly and approachable if you need something and the maintenance guys do a good job. It's a great location easy walking distane to HyVee. There are plenty of areas to walk my dogs and the little pet area is good to let them off leash for a while. I'd recommend these apartments!

Nice Nesting Place

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and have seen many positive changes. The current
management is super great and will work with you if and when there is a problem of any kind.
You would do very well to check out this community for your next apartment home!

Good place to live. Nice neighbors.

It is pleasant to live here. Laura is is a good manager. Denise is a good assistant manager. Roga & Marcus is good maintenance men. The annual
Pool party is good. I won a prize. I had good tacos.

Great place to live!

The staff here are AMAZING!!! Always pleasant, courteous and helpful! It doesn't matter how stupid your question is or how often you ask for help, they are always there when I have a problem, large or small. They do a great job keeping our sidewalks clear of ice and snow, in addition to taking care of 168 apartments. The grounds are well maintained. The new laundry equipmentis awesome! And i am blessed with amazing neighbors. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Laura, Denise, Roger & Marcos you… are the best!!!
