I have lived in Springfield for 5 years now and Trials Bend has been my 3rd housing. Trials Bend has been my absolute favorite so far! It is in a great location, the complex has multiple safety measures and the staff is so easy to work with. Sierra, the current manager, is so friendly and will do everything she can to help in the renters best interest! I highly recommend this complex!

Trail’s Bend is the greatest apartment I’ve ever had! Maintenance has been attentive & timely. Sierra, the property manager, is prompt, friendly, & kind! She works HARD to make the community great! I love the frequent emails with communication about the property and its monthly events. The appliances are wonderful. The grounds are well-kept. It was the upgrade I wanted! I fully believe the rates are fair & GREAT for how many luxurious amenities they offer! I love it here!!!

As a woman, I feel beyond safe at Trails. We have security patrol, smart locks (I personally hate regular key locks), and it is a gated community. Everyone at trails is super friendly, especially the current manager Sierra. Trails is an updated property which is also nice. I’ve resigned my lease here because I love it so much! As other reviews have mentioned, it definitely is more in the steeper price of apartments in Springfield. However, the amenities make it worth it!
