Living at this apartment community has been a great experience so far. The move-in process was smooth and the management team made the transition into the new space very easy. The location is one of the biggest highlights, as it provides quick access to local shopping, dining, and fitness centers in the Brentwood area, which makes daily errands a breeze.

The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to come home to. It feels like a significant... step up in quality compared to other places in the area. Between the convenient amenities and the overall atmosphere of the community, it’s been a very positive place to live while balancing a busy schedule.

Its good, but i am not at all happy with the maintenance team, they get inside house for a work order when no ones at home, even after mentioning multiple times clearly not to enter my house when I aint there, this gives me a doubt of security and privacy, entering house without any prior notice.

Arrive has been a nice place to live. Amenities are great, staff is always pretty responsive. It would be nice if the one bedroom’s flooring apartments flooring and cabinets could be updated to that lighter shade that the 2-bedrooms have. Overall great place to live.

It’s been overall very lovely. Maintenance quite responsive. As well as management. Am hoping to extend my lease. The location is one of the best in the city and I love Attive II. I believe it’s been the best decision for me during a big transition time.
