I have made two maintenance requests about my AC unit not working for my apartment. I have yet to receive an email from maintenance to make an appointment/give us an warning to put the pets away. We later found out that the AC unit was covered in Ice. Turn the unit off, which seems to fix the problem. However, still waiting on them to come check on it because we think because of how long it went without being fix. It was leaking and the ceiling and tiles in pantry are wet and bowing now.

Also... put in a ticket for maintenance to come check our garbage disposal which has not worked in roughly 2 weeks now but still no response from maintenance.

Overall a very good place to live. Great location ans close to everything. Only complaint is that furnace runs high and still is cold. There is bad insulation in the windows.
