Advise against renting here
My experience living in this community has been incredibly frustrating due to severe, ongoing property neglect and poor management communication. Over an extended tenancy, the day-to-day living conditions have steadily declined.
Maintenance & Property Conditions:
While the community guidelines state not to report individual maintenance tasks here, the overall lack of property upkeep is a core part of the living experience. The buildings suffer from systemic infrastructure issues, including... recurring water leaks and ceiling damage that are left unaddressed for weeks at a time, raising serious concerns about mold. Additionally, critical utility failures are common—the AC units frequently struggle or fail in the peak of summer, and heating outages in the winter have lasted for consecutive days.
Community Amenities & Safety:
The community spaces are poorly maintained. The security gates are frequently broken, and the pool is rarely open or usable for residents. The general lack of property upkeep has also led to ongoing pest issues in common areas and units.
Management Communication:
The leasing office suffers from high turnover, making it incredibly difficult to get consistent or professional assistance. Management routinely dismisses resident concerns regarding these unsafe living conditions, and the communication from the office is often combative rather than helpful. Prospective renters should be aware that the high cost of rent does not match the actual quality of life or the level of service provided here.
