Non-smoking apartment. Building sits at the dead end of Windy Way (parallels South Main Street and thus the... address). Unit backs up to a vacant field. There are no stairs or upper/lower neighbors as the apartment building is all stretched out on one level. Unit 1 is the end of the building and neighbored to the south by the another unit.
