Pecan Grove Apartments

My apartment was infested with roaches and eventually mice after move in. The walls are really thin and parking is terrible. There’s no guest parking and property management will not answer the phone. On site manager is good. You have to drive to Oxford to their office just to get anything done. They forfeited my security deposit after they lied and said I abandoned property. I moved out earlier in the month before my lease ended. I left the unit spotless but I “abandoned property” therefore... forfeiting my deposit. My air unit went out and I called 35 times no answer and waited almost 3 days before getting any service done. I don't don't like this place maintenance is terrible , I never get emails to update me on pest control, filter changes, or anything . I would not recommend this place to anybody plus there is a terrible roach infestation now I have to go through and check all my stuff to not cross contaminate.before moving into another apartment or home.
