Worst NIGHTMARE
Be warned! Most disrespectful management team on the coast! Same rental office with workers apparently not on the same page, each individual with their own views and ways of doing stuff. Stayed at this apartment for over three years, after miss june left new management took over, they kept raising the rent very often ,my apartment on the first floor got flooded due a hot water heater got busted from the third floor which messed up all my stuff on the bottom floor and management did nothing about... it instead they asked me if i had renters insurance..upon leaving the complex after my lease ended they. Charged me 228.00 which is now on my credit claiming that i left a satellite dish POLE planted there and the funniest thing is ,that POLE was there when i moved into that apartment! Please be warned! Of their hidden fine print on their lease before you sign your life away for an over priced apartment to live without any upgrades or amenities,NOTHING being done to the buildings or dirty hallways ,trash every where you look with the overflowing stinky dumpsters or the pond they have that smells horribly..roaches running around , you have to request pest control ever so often..after ms.june left that place wasn't home any more ..treat y'all tenants RIGHT! When you go to the office its like your a bother to them..but remember with out loyal tenants y'all won't have a job right? My worst experience by far..

This is so disheartening to hear of your experience. Please be assured to all, our management team currently has the upmost respect for our great community and all of our residents. Everyone gets the same professional and exceptional treatment. Of... course, community living isn't for everyone. Although pleasing our prosects and residents is our job, there are unavoidable obstacles that occur everywhere and satisfaction is not always received. Thank you for your review and the time to bring this to my attention. I do see this was in 2017. I would love for you to meet our management team now.
