Waiting List for Pines on the Bay is worth the wait!

The property is gorgeous and very well kept. The staff is an awesome combination of professional & friendly. Do yourself a favor and look no further for the best of Biloxi - it's right here at Pines on the Bay!

Awesome place and awesome staff!

The staff are amazing and caring. From the quiet neighborhood to the family feel of the staff, this is an amazing place. From complimentary cable to free water, this is a great place!

Would definitely come back

My husband and I moved to Biloxi from California on Military orders and decided on staying at Pines on the Bay and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff are extremely helpful and truly care about your needs and will do whatever they can to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. The residents are very kind as well and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and would move back in a heartbeat if we find ourselves in Biloxi again.

A great place

I lived here for 4 years, left for a year (what the heck was I thinking?!) and returned. As good as Pines on the Bay was then, it's even better now. The apartments have been renovated and updated. The office staff are phenomenal. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The whole property is spotless and quiet. The rent is reasonable and includes water, trash pickup and basic cable. Occupancy is at 100% and there is a waiting list. So I'd advise you to sign up soon. But you're not… getting my apartment for a long time yet.

I lived here for a Lil over year. When I first moved to the coast I looked at a lot of properties to move into. The management team told me it was a great place to live with no problems and that was exactly true!! I never had any issues and all the neighbors was very nice and kind. It was very quiet! I could sit outside any time of day Are night and feel comfortable. They have a nice patio, great outside storage, and the cable included was a huge plus. I moved because I was offered a better job… back home and had to move if not I would have stayed here for years!! I would defiantly recommend anyone looking for a quality place to live for a affordable price look no further this it! The Maintance team is awesome they stay on top of things and the office management was very nice and welcoming to there tenants.this was great an overall great stay!!
