Arbor Village

It is time to renew my lease, and I must say there is no reason why I would choose to move other than the fact that I never stay in one place long. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. They organize activities for the guests. They apartment is very nice. It is usually very quiet. No complaints!

1. Awesome office staff, made moving in a breeze, and took care of packages that arrived before move in date. Easy to contact and very helpful, they send you texts about stuff like packages and when maintenance is coming by, and events.
2. Great maintenance people, really helped me out! Jammel hauled off a huge box full of cardboard boxes for me, really appreciate it.
3. Beautiful location and landscaping, it's really close to my work/school, the neighborhood walmart, walgreens, and so much… more. GREAT location, beautiful and clean complex.
4. Awesome apartments, have so much light, lovely floors, great colors. We basically chose this apartment for the dining room, I don't regret it one bit. The windows in the dining area shine into the kitchen and keep it bright and beautiful. Huge walk in closet, it's big enough to be a small bedroom lol!
5. The water is so clean coming out of the tap, it has no taste so you don't need to worry about using bottled water to cook or make drinks.
6. It's quiet, I definitely can't hear my neighbors through the walls, thank god, and only occasionally hear the dog upstairs. He seems like a Good Boy so I'm not mad.
7. Speaking of dogs, they have a dog park! And a playground, and 2 saltwater pools, and a fitness center. They have activities as well, and free giveaways. They definitely seem to be trying hard and very friendly!
8. It feels like a really safe place, and I know it is! I had packages sitting outside my apartment door overnight before I moved in, and nothing was stolen. The door has double dead bolts and the community is gated. Read More

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. The staff and maintenance people are super friendly and very helpful with any issues that arise. They are also always planning events for the complex and giving back to their residents. The apartments themselves are nice, and I have not had any issues with bugs, noise, or any other real issues.

We chose Arbor Village after deciding from 2 other apartments in the area and we decided Arbor was the best. They have wonderful, updated apartments (kitchen is my favorite) and the most friendly and helpful staff. When something is wrong they usually fix it right away. The events are amazing! Carmen does an amazing job putting together games and prizes. There's usually something interesting going on every week. The grounds have a perfect amount of foliage and landscaping to create a wonderful… view.
