Tolerable
If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, no-frills, affordable place to live, Willow Lake Apartments in Florence, MS, may suit you well. Parking is not often a problem, unless there is a heavy rain. A large portion of the parking lot floods during torrential rain, but is quick to drain off. Support service for maintenance issues is reliable. The carpeting in my unit was worn out, stained, and smelled of cigarettes when I moved in, but my deposit replaced it with new after I moved out. Do NOT expect... to get any part of the $1,200 deposit back. Apparently that is one way the management makes regular improvements to the units.
