Cambridge Apartments

The manager is amazing! She is extremely professional, kind, provides great assistance, patience, guidance, understanding, and actually listens. Cambridge Apartments isn't just apartments, it's truly a community!!! She has joined the people together with wonderful activities such as game nights, and bring all residents together with seasonal activities like trick or treating for Halloween, turkey hunting for Thanksgiving, gifting (from the management/owner of the apartments) game night for… Christmas, fun photo backdrops for spring, summer, fall, & winter (which is something that all social media breathing people love lol, and so many other joyous and community fun activities. The maintenance team is awesome as well here at Cambridge!!!
They are always making sure that the grounds stay clean, speaking to us, offering assistance if anyone seems distressed, and I've only had 1 minor repair needed the 10 years that I've been at Cambridge, but the maintenance guy was fast, efficient, kind, and professional. This community is really clean and quiet! The office manager is very nice, helpful and prompt with responses. Maintenace addresses issue in a timely manner and very polite. I would highly recommend Cambridge!

These apartments are far enough from the bustle of town to be quiet, but close enough for everything you need to be a 2-10 minute drive away. They are pet-friendly and the balconies are big enough for about four to six people to stand/sit comfortably. It’s near an elementary school, so it’s safe and if your kids go to Northwest Rankin Elementary they can walk right on home, as there is a short path with stairs for them :) The apartments are newly finished, when you move in they are extremely… clean and painted nicely. No boring white walls- the walls are a calming beige-neutral. Maintenance is extremely friendly and quick, and installed a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms the day we moved in upon request in under 10 minutes. This is a great apartment complex if you like living on the edge of town. Only a few miles from everything it is also a few miles from nothing but trees and green. It's on the same street as the Northwest Rankin schools while not having traffic problems. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly, the pool is warm over half the year, and there is always plenty of parking. Great place to live!!!
