You get what you pay for.

Very cheap apartments, I did find some of the staff members to be a bit prying. My apartment had a slight pest control problem and needed a lot of maintenance but, I have not had any problems with getting things fixed. Overall, the area is decent. Nice place if you are looking for something cheap

Thank you for your comments! We prefer the adjective "reasonable" but we agree, Windsor Village is one of the more modestly priced apartment communities in Hattiesburg. Our pricing strategy takes into account the fact that we're not as new as some… complexes, but we are committed to providing a good, comfortable place for you to call 'home' where you feel like you're getting a real value for your hard earned money.

We are very proud of our maintenance team! I'm glad that we have been able to respond to your maintenance requests and pest issues to your satisfaction.

Price is tempting, but there is a reason it’s so cheap. Management is rude and unwelcoming. So many better options in Hattiesburg

Great place to stay

I’ve stayed here for 2 years. It’s very affordable and nice. Management is nice too. The area is great

My first apartment.

Apartments are really well-managed with friendly office staff. I've never had an issue that wasn't immediately taken care of. Also, they like my dog.

Great home and awesome staff!

I stayed here for 5 years while I lived in Hattiesburg, and I'm really going to miss it. All the staff are super friendly and maintenance are on top of everything. This is the only apartment complex I ever stayed in where the staff really go above and beyond to create a sense of community. For example, they always invite their renters to come for food at the clubhouse every Christmas season. My unit was well put together and clean, the back patios are super nice. The neighborhood is safe… and quiet. Good access to nearby restaurants and the campus. I could go on forever I really love this place and they made it feel like home. I wish I didn't have to go and I wish I could take them with me. If I had to come back to Hattiesburg I would come back here first.
