Carrington Townhomes

I have been living here for years and the management has changed more times than I can count. The view from the front is welcoming and beautiful but what you don’t see is the rotten wood on the patios, the leaking ceilings the cracked flooring, the rotten wood on the interior and n the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The entire inside is outdated. They are in a perfect location to my son’s school and my job but I am desperately seeking somewhere else because I cannot get anyone to to anything... outside of emergency maintenance and that does even happen in a timely manner. Great location! The ladies that works in the office attitudes are terrible. Maintenance staff attitude is terrible. Bad customer service on their parts makes living here awful. I will not be renewing my lease

The staff is amazing and very helpful!! I just resigned another lease, the maintenance fix things in a timely manner and I have no complaints.

The management is HORRIBLE. They are so rude and lack professionalism. Several people have complained about the people who are managing this place. They refuse to take care of maintenance. They are rarely in the office and do not follow up on any request. I would advise everyone not to stay here until they get new management. They location is great, but just poor customer service.

I am considering living here. The property seems clean. The fencing around the patio/porches looks to be in need of repair. I inquired with the staff if there were any available units but they could not agree if or when a unit would be available. They seemed unprofessional and had a very clutter desk. There was no organization.
