I AM STAYING YEAR LIKE 1.5 YEARS ,FROM LAST 4/5 MONTHS MANAGAMENT BECOMES TOO MUCH BAD.
IF A RESIDENT FACE ANY PROBLEM IN APARTMENT THEY ARE SAYING DO IT URSELF OR PAY THIS MUCH.
THEY DONT PROVIDE ANYTHING IN THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU LEASED. SO DONT LEASE HERE.
THE ABOVE COMMENTS MAY BE BY MANAGEMENT FELLOW SO DONT TRUST THEM.

Great stay, without the pay!
I've lived here for three, going on four years and I must say, these apartments are nice, given the area and they're very convenient for students attending the surrounding Universities and for anyone working downtown. My only complaint has been of the outrageous cost. The only reason I have not yet relocated, is because of the convo orange of having my University within walking distance. I do own a vehicle, but I am a Bridge to Doctorate student, which requires much of my time on campus,... therefore, being at such a distance is most ideal.
Overall, I do recommend One university Place to those under the same constraints as myself. The staff is very friendly, the ground is safe, there is no pest issue, there are two bars and restaurants on the first floor and my fellow occupants are older, respectful and clean.
