Nice Place To Live

I loved staying here, the property manager is very nice, maintenance shows up ASAP! It's always quiet, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Place To Live

Been here 3 months and love it. Management is friendly and takes care of any problems within 1 day and responds to my calls after hours. Property is well kept and clean.

no good communication

So, I applied for these apartments last week... they are some beautiful apartments. I talked to the manager there and let her know that I was interested in a 2 bedroom. I also told her that I already did the application. She informed me that there were other applicants who applied for the apartment and would CALL ME BACK to update me on if they were approved or not. I never received that call and every time I call the office, the phone just ring. I’m really disappointed because upon being… approved myself, I was ready to pay the deposit as well as first month rent and she never communicated with me. Don’t tell me you are going to do something (such as give me a call) and don’t do it. I was literally waiting on her to update me about the availability of the apartment, but it took me to get on the app to see there were none available anymore. She could have just told me that the other applicant was approved and got the apartment. Guess it wasn’t meant for me to stay there after all. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the apartments itself is REALLY nice, but the way management operates playa a part in the review too.
