This Property is Great
I have been here for one year. It’s a quiet area. My neighbors are balcony/porch clean as I am. We all get along and we look out for each other. The office staff is great. I have no problems reaching them or maintenance. The small minor maintenance problems I did have where taken care of quickly. It’s not a run down place, they do take pride in their property, it’s people that rent that has no pride in their own place Of stay. When I moved in a year ago as it looked then, it still looks the... same. Blinds, walls, and all. Does it need some updating yes, but for right now it’s accommodating with No Complaints.

horrible! I want my money back NOW
I recently applied for these apartments. I paid the application and reservation fee to move in October 2020. I have not been able to reach management about the status of my application. It’s been almost 2 weeks. It doesn’t take that long to either approve or deny someone. I drove by the apartment complex to check them out and already I see poor foundation, amenities are not up to part, pool area is horrible and poorly kept. I also had the pleasure of speaking to a few residence and they have... informed me that this place is absolutely horrible. They have water issues, roofing issues, mold and the management staff can not afford to fix anything (hence the pool area). I know the application fee is non-refundable, but I want my $100 reservation fee back ASAP or there will be a lawsuit. The photos and information online is very misleading and I refuse to stay here. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would because they don’t even deserve that ONE star.
