Tracewood Apartment Homes is the worst-managed property I’ve ever lived in. Serious issues in my unit began less than two months after move-in and repeatedly came back. Ongoing water problems inside and around the building were never permanently fixed — it felt like surface-level patches instead of real repairs.

At move-out, management attempted to charge me an extra month of rent despite a valid short-term lease addendum that did NOT require notice. I had to point out their own lease terms to... them. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and disruption.

If you’re considering living here, read every page of your lease and keep detailed records. Keep a copy of all conversations, service requests, and receipts. Based on my experience, this property is not worth the time, money, or peace of mind. Read More

2023 update. Still a terrible property. Management switches out more than anyone cares to mention. All of them are robots to me anyways because they never try to understand what living here is like. They just come in and do patch work over rotten moldy buildings & that irrelevant gym. Stay far away

The office staff is more worried about fines and eviction notices than they are about anything else. They never answer the phone and they always have an attitude when you go into the office. My air has not worked for an entire month and I have leaks in many different areas of my apartment. This has created mold in a number of places and still nothing has been fixed. They are also very outdated and over priced. Take my advice... Do not move here.

Drive around first. You sure you wanna live here?
The gate hasn’t worked in 2+ years probably won’t ever get fixed.They’ll show you a shiny new apartment but yours will surely be filled with Roaches, rats & mold. Office staff is unhelpful and often antagonistic. Current residents pretty much get treated with disrespect & disregard with none of our issues getting handled.
If you sign here you’ll be in the same predicament.

Wanted to give the place a try despite reviews. I was moved into an apartment that was not properly cleaned and most of my appliances did not work properly. Utilities are randomly shut off with no warning for "routine maintenance". Management is unhelpful and will try to antagonize you. Have been dealing with rats and cockroaches since day 1.
