The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is so sweet! The maintenance respond within 24 hours of a non emergency and they were very helpful. I remembered I called about my heat not working and the maintenance supervisor came over and had it going within an hour. I’ve been here for a couple of months and I love it so far!

Since Arlington Properties have taken ownership, it has been the same as previous owners. Lies!!!!, Poor Management, poor maintenance, the property is kept in very poor conditions, the grass hasn't been curt in over 30 days. I have had issues with my toilet and cigarette smoke odor, that has been an issue for 5 months. The manager and the maintenance staff has full knowledge of the issues that are ongoing. They issued work orders but NO repairs were done!!!!!! I have stated that the cigarette... smoke odor is hazardous to my health. There is POOR communication skills with the local staff. When i mention anything about what was told to me about alleviating the problems I'm told they have tried to contact me, I have my phone records and emails to show that is not TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a refrigerator on the upstairs landing that has been there since the beginning of May and it is still there, an eye sore and embarrassing. The pool on the website is not in use there is a chain on the gate it has not been useable all summer. I am fed up with the lies and careless attitude that not only me but the elderly tenants that occupy this property. This use to be a beautiful property!!!!!
