Noisy.
Don't move here if you want a peaceful neighborhood - this one looks nice but it's filled with parents that don't care what their kids do. Hollering and screaming all day and well after dark, balls thrown against the house, and especially so if you live anywhere near the playground. Again the apartments LOOK nice, but it's no better than living in the projects because management simply does not care.
