Great place to stay
I have lived here for a little over two years. Even though I had a few issues with my payments they would still manage to work with me. There were a few unexpected changes along the way, but overall it is a great place to call home.

Good but pricey.
The price of the trailer is low, but everything else added makes the overall price high. City taxes, sewage, Southern Pine, cable, internet, garbage pickup.
