Terrible customer service attitude

The lady at the office is very arrogant, rude, talk to the other with no respect. Awful experience interacting with her, and I went there to see an apartment, be a customer, arrive late (she supposed to start at 8 am, she arrived at 8:45 am) with attitude, very rude with the employees, and the customer — a very nasty approach.

Not worth it

Stayed here for six months and it was the worse mistake ever. There a roach problem and pest control don’t help. The apartment I stayed in had a flooding problem and there was no ac so the moved us to a new unit. There was still an roach problem and AC problem. Not great on customer service the head manger is very rude. It’s just not worth your money to live there

Poor value at any price

Ridgeland Ranch is certainly one of the cheaper options for apartments in Ridgeland. However, you still do not get what you pay for. Despite a change of ownership and management, there are still significant problems with repairs not being made and general livability. Granted, the problems are too big for their maintenance team to handle. They seriously need to tear down at least some of their buildings and rebuild from scratch. The roof leaks, the walls are cracking, doors and windows do not… seal properly, every room has loose floorboards, and the A/C doesn't work. Nor is the A/C problems limited to my unit. Walking around the community, you can see that a number of tenants have had to purchase window units in order to cool the upstairs.

Don't move here. Just don't. If you pay $100/mo more elsewhere, you'll probably save that between the heating and cooling costs and general hassle of having to fix things yourself.

Stay Away

Been here for less that 3 months and it has been a nightmare. Roaches are bad, will not make repairs in timely manner. Unsafe for families, due to constatant theft.
