The rating for this apartment need to be a 0.6 instead of a 3.6. They send out reminders about rules regarding pets and trash however they didn't alert residents of a shooting that took place Monday night. There is consistent loud noise, weed smoking that you can smell in your apartment. There have been domestic violence incidents as well that the police were called. The gate is still broken and amenities continue to be added. This is not the same North Creek apartment from years ago. The actual... company that owns the complex is in NJ. I hope no one makes the same mistake as us and moves here.

POOR MANAGEMENT
If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible. Management is very ridiculous! Apartments are not in good condition. Bad environment. Gate has not been fixed. They don’t plan on fixing it honestly. Cars get broken into and stolen. I advise people to look else where!

Long time tenant, management is subpar.
As the years passed, the management went from worse to ridiculous. Used to be a good place & family oriented. It’s turned into shootings, marijuana smoke, and poverty. Management is condescending & arrogant for no reason. Don’t stay here! Police had to be called weekly. RUN!
