Moved here to work at St Jude’s. Rented here after touring nice clean model. The apartment is filthy and we seem to be the only ones that care. They took our money just fine though. Offered to let us out of our lease but keep our $1805 deposit. They said our standards were too high and we should look for a new build. Can’t afford to go anywhere else because they have the money we spent in good faith when they said our apartment would be clean and we are living in a hotel. Now I’m afraid that... because we can’t afford to go anywhere else without our money that we will be treated like crap the whole year we are obligated to. Go somewhere else!
