The basement doesn't include a washer and dryer but is equipped with a microwave, a breakfast table, a small fridge, a coffee maker also dishes and silverware utensils. I added a pic of the hallway you will have to walk to get to the basement. Also no smokers/smoking. I have severe asthma, so it needs to be someone who doesn't smoke or vape no drugs allowed!
No pets since I have two pups already. They are small French poodles.
No kids. The home is for people who mostly work all day.
Include all utilities, including internet, free parking close to the property.
