Absolutely DISGUSTING!
First off, the entire place is horribly INFESTED with mice and cockroaches to the point where it probably is a big health violation. Secondly, the management always seemed to have a temperament and be just flat bad. And don’t worry, the “renovations” that they are say they are doing is just attempting to cover up how gross the place really is with crappy paintwork. Oh also, we lived on the main floor and our roof started pouring water from the upstairs apartment because the first guy they sent... in when we first saw evidence of damaged did a terrible job fixing the issue. I wouldn't want anybody to live here and especially not for the price they want.
