Can hear through walls easily, get one parking spot and visitors walk quite a ways inslummy area! Cars get towed immediately as they hired wrecker to patrol! Cost me 400$ for 45 minutes total I only parked in neighbor spot cus she parked in mine!!! Greedy in low income housing!!! Car was supposed to be there just in slot 2 not 3! Not my fault either! Had heater on 24-7 in mild weather it was so hot in basement apartment and no maintenance ever showed for a week then didn’t fix had to call again!... Pay rent in full every month then one day a notice on door claiming I owe 8,000 $ but because of Covid hasn’t kicked me out! They raised my rent and told me 9 months after doing it! I can’t believe they actually expect me to pay it when if I was told it was raised I would have paid it on time every month! Insanely unorganized greedy incompetent people here!
