Outstanding leading agents and maintenance. Beautiful windows but too close to the other neighbors. Uneven floors and pipes too loud. Unfortunate downside is the lack of water filtration.

Place is nice, as are the staff. It is obvious cheap labour was used, as there are some strange corners cut and bizarre design decisions throughout units and main amenity building. Various fixtures in my unit are clearly wired incorrectly or loosely fitted. The lobby coffee machine is very meh... why not get something higher quality even if it has fewer functions? All of the main building lights are on motion sensors, so everywhere, including apartment hallways, go from complete darkness to... maximum brightness... this is uncomfortable and inefficient. I agree with other review that said communications should be going out to residents regarding the statuses of amenities (the elevator, hot tub, parking garage, and package room are still unfinished as far as I know, with no ETA provided even on signage.) These problems are mostly minor and easily addressable.
