Management uses raffles to garner 5 star reviews
Cannot recommend, and I have lived here since shortly after its opening in 2024. Management has been consistently non-responsive. I have been without working AC for 2 months — despite 5 work orders the HVAC is running 24/7 to achieve apartment temperatures of 77 degrees. When I note that the previous “repair” did not address the issue, I am gaslit by being told that the technician found it working as designed. When there is any communication at all, it has tended toward miscommunication and... ignorance. My initial apartment was not ready on the stated date, requiring a last minute hotel stay. That was followed by the comic absence of the manager on her two hour lunch break on my move in day, as I waited those two hours with a good friend for the manager to return with the keys. My move to a three bedroom unit several months later was on the opposite side of the apartment building from where it was indicated on the floor plan. The reaction from staff — oops. The units are noisy, with easy transmission of sound below and above. The hot tub is frequently poorly maintained — I didn’t enter it last Sunday evening as I could barely see the bottom. Brand new HVACs have been a problem for multiple residents — not sure if RAM chose the lowest bidder, but in addition to the units, the AC was out for a week or more to the gym in the middle of this summer. I accept that these are pricey apartments. They were built in Bozeman at the height of the housing market, and our remaining farm land has not yet been turned into apartments to increase supply. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of conscientiousness from staff running one of the pricier complexes in Bozeman.
