The Oxbow

I'm right at my 6-month mark and everything is going well. Since they added the parking stickers to the cars, it is much easier to park in front of my building. That was a great improvement. Since the weather has been mild, running at the complex has been great. It would be nice if there was a trail around the perimeter of the complex but maybe they will add that once the construction is completed.
I have needed repairs done a couple times and that was completed the same day with no delays.... Great service.

Very nice community! Office staff are amazing! Maintenance crew is always on point. Great place to live! Friendly neighbors! Great gym facility and common use facilities.

Very nice area close to restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and more. People in the neighborhood seem very helpful and friendly to new tennants

I truly can only review the move in process as I have only been here for a few days but it was very quick and easy. I did most of the process long distance so once I arrived, it only took a few minutes to get my keys and finish up a few other requirements. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The grounds, gym and other amenities look very nice. I’m looking forward to meeting people in this complex and the community.

The Oxbow is OK way overpriced. I hear people coming up and down the stairs all day and it drives me nuts. I don’t think the walls were built with good wood. probably the cheap stuff honestly 3/5
