Surprised

Pleasantly surprised. It's not the newest, but it's clean and well kept. Great price and they made everything really easy. Glad I made the move!

Location, Location, Location

Love the location of these apartments. Directly across the street from University of Providence. University of Great Falls is only a couple blocks away. So nice that I do not have to drive to campus each day and fight parking. The unit is clean, the neighbors are decent and the grass area makes it feel at home.

Worth the $$

I thought going into this apartment that it would be just another run down joint, but its not. The rent price is what you pay for. I live alone with no kids so its perfect for me. Spacious, updated, and my favorite, quiet. The landlord is handy and helpful. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because my parking is on the side of my building so that kinda sucks.
