We're in a top corner unit and wouldn't give it up for everything. It's laid out well and we're comfortable. It does get a bit hot with the summer heatwave we've been having.

I love my apartment and always get compliments about how spacious and nice it is when I have friends or family visit! It's the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Some of my favourite features are the big walk-in closet, the good sized storage unit, the big balcony (South facing so I get lots of sun to grow vegetables and flowers in the summer), and new appliances. Additionally, there is a gym that has basic equipment and a community BBQ area that is great to use during the summer. The rental... cost is reasonable for quality of the apartment. Views are also beautiful, as I get a panoramic mountain view from my apartment. Hoping rent does not increase too much over the years, as I would love to stay here as long as possible. Highly recommend Brooklyn West. The staff here are also excellent, particularly the rental manager and the maintenance staff. I never have to wait long when I submit a maintenance request and the maintenance manager is very kind and sociable.
