Dirty Place
The price of the apartments does not match the quality. Disheveled apartments and lots of roaches.

Farmers trace was okay..
I love in farmers trace for 4 years. It was okay, biggest problem was loud neighbors, and roaches constantly. The apartment always sent out pest control when i called, but other residents not cleaning kept causing bugs. Cars get broken into a-lot police are at farmers trace a-lot. I use to sit on my balcony and watch the police deal with domestics and drug calls.

Decent for the prize
The apartments are low in prize compared to most around the area they have nice vinyl floors and are up to date even though they were built years back. Their located right by the highway and have many stores and schools nearby. Would be nice if they had a pool but they do offer a laundry room which is nice if you dont own your own washer and dryer. Overall the apartments are nice for the prize that's why I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
