Beaucatcher Flats

I’ve lived at Beaucatcher Flats 12 days. Not a good experience. I was told the apartment, appliances, etc. was completely checked out before I moved in. Dryer doesn’t work. Go to work on a Saturday morning and come home to a large dehumidifier in my bathroom and the note “Water was found in your apartment. Run the dehumidifier all weekend. Empty it when full. We’ll check back Monday.” It had been raining for two days. I’m in the top floor apartment so assumed the roof leaked. Monday morning I’m... leaving for work and happen to notice water streaming out from under the washing machine. Maintenance had decided that the best solution was a dehumidifier. When asked, they told me that they assumed I’d had a shower and not tucked the shower curtain in. Really? Half an inch of water in the hallway and two rooms? Water had seeped into the two apartments directly below me. And there was no way to empty the dehumifier – it requires a hose. One maintenance guy blames the other one, the other blames the painter, and says, “This is a common occurrence. Don’t worry, we’ll fix it.” Unbelievable. Read More

Apartments and building seem to be well maintained. Questions responded to promptly.

I could go on and on about my wonderful experience and new home....... the sunset view, well designed floorpans (slider doors really add space, kitty loves the balcony and window ledges), great staff, secure, valet trash, high-end appliances, W/D and fixtures, granite countertops (defo a cook's kitchen!), custom paint job, elevator, fresh mountain top air, posh community areas, food truck visits, location.... *sigh* but want to keep it secret so it stays exclusive. Shhhhhhhh quiet. :)

They are a nice management company and keep on top of any issue

Hallway walls are poorly painted. Management has become similar to prison guards. Washers break. Valet trash does not provide service Friday’s or Saturday’s, or any holiday. Management does not enforce breed policy for animals. Neighbors in house across street have LOUD domestic disputes often. Noise transference from floor to floor is awful.
