The condo is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. This is a 2-story walk-up on the top level. Wood for the fireplace is not provided, but you can purchase it from Fred’s general mercantile. Cameras may be installed in areas considered public like entries and parking areas. A 4WD or AWD vehicle or snow chains are highly recommended during winter months. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed. The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April.
