Perfection Park Senior Apartments

Trash is consistently left on the ground, not being put in the dumpster. I’ve reported this problem multiple times and it has yet been cleaned up.

The grass is long. The weeds are tall. The clubhouse is dirty. The common areas are shabby. The leasing office employees are deceptive. Their stories change all the time. These are shifty, people that won't give a straight answer. Sarcastic and victim blaming. The manager is hard to track down - won't give a good phone number. Corporate number is nothing but an answering machine. Once they get your money, you are screwed.
