Quiet remote home

Wonderful property. Management staff and maintenance staff are terrific! Great amenities, and a quiet place from all the headaches of Winston-Salem. Also just moments away from Tanglewoods and the interstate.

I love my apartment

My apartment is perfect, I love the concrete floors and large windows for natural light. The staff has been super helpful and kind. The new maintenance staff is always friendly and in my experience addresses any issue quickly. I can’t wait to enjoy the warmer months here.

We love our beautiful apartment "home" at Comet Bermuda Run! It is modern, beautiful and spacious. LOVE the closet space! It is an excellently run community where I feel welcome and above all safe. We highly recommend Comet as your next home!

Looks Nice at First, Living Experience doesn't Match.

Comet Bermuda Run does not meet the initial requirements when you think of an "luxury" community. They do have nice amenities, as they should when spending minimum 1k per month on rent. Nothing was thought out properly in this community. Little over a year old community is having massive parking issues and requiring residents to reserve spots and pay extra per month in order to get close to their entrance. The management staff (especially the ones that live on site) is severely inadequate when… it comes to customer service and following the own communities guidelines. The management focusing so much on the little details that make them appear good on paper they overlook the care for their residents. To top it all off they take pride in being a pet friendly community but is far from safe environment for your pet. In the designated pet play area, I personally have found on different occasions nails, screws, copper wires, bolts, etc all left from construction that could easily cause severe harm and death to our animals. Overall Comet looks nice on the front but the living experience does not match the appearance.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding about the new parking procedures, all residents… have free parking in front of the buildings with the option to rent a reserved space (which are limited). If you would like to come by the leasing office we would be more than happy to explain everything in more detail. We are very proud to be a pet friendly community and while we try to keep all of our amenities clean and free of debris, unfortunately we cannot monitor the amenities 24/7. I will make sure that our maintenance team goes over to the pet park more frequently to address the concerns you have expressed.
