Positive Maintenance Experience

Our son had a leak in his apartment. Joe, the maintenance person was the one who responded and was very professional. He took the time to help and had the problem fixed in a timely manner. We appreciate that we can count on these types of problems to be fixed. Thank You for helping our son.

Loved this place

My boys loved this place. The manager, Tracy was so helpful with the move in and move out process and answered all our questions. I will definitely send my kids back here next year!

Well maintained property

This property takes maintenance seriously. Fast responses and if you’re not happy, one call to the office and your service order is put up front immediately. Makes living here a step above others in Boone!

Very spacious and pet friendly

I love living here, my apartment is very spacious and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom which is really nice. Maintenance is very fast and always kind. Management is helpful and accommodating if you have any issues. I really feel like management cares here.
