The Rainbow Trail Duplexes are located only minutes from New Market Center shopping, Downtown Boone, and ASU, but offer a quiet location off a main road with woods in the backyard, decks, and a PETS WELCOME policy. 474 B Upper had new paint throughout in August of 2017 and the kitchen was renovated in spring of 2019.
