Chateau Apartments

The apartment wasn't clean when I moved in. There were roaches and obvious signs on the wall under the cupboard that they had been there a while. The pest control you pay for is literally just maintenance walking in and looking into the kitchen then walking out. That's what your monthly charge gets you.
The dishwasher soap door in my apartment doesn't latch, there are some sort of animal living in the attic space, they fight every now and then. Mice have come in through the attic down into the... HVAC closet and under the door where there is a 2 inch gap.
They gym and pool are not 24 hour, they're only open during office hours..so don't count on a swim or a work out after work.
There is no dog play area and the doggie bag dispensers are usually empty.
The washing machines are small, and the railings on the second floor won't stop you if you lose your balance.
I try to pay rent a month in advance but the management has been deducting from the rent money without saying where it's going. Read More

Chuck does a fantastic job taking care of my apartment needs in a timely fashion. My AC went out right as another batch of extremely hot and humid weather started up and he was there the same day I put my request in, found the problem, and fixed it, allowing me to stay cool during these summer days. He's always will to help and so pleasant while doing it.

Like that it's a simple 1 bedroom apartment with a good layout. Like the repairmen too. They are prompt and leave everything clean when they are done. I would recommend this complex.

Cons: 6 months into my lease they asked me was I going to renew, I said I wasn’t sure yet and they threatened to up the rent on the next lease if I didn’t answer them the next day (I have proof if they deny they did this). The air condition is very loud, the dishwasher doesn’t work it only gets the dishes wet doesn’t clean, It doesn’t come with a microwave. It had a weird smell under the cabinets when first moved in.

Do not move here!
- Apartment Dynamics (management) is terrible, the people who work in the leasing office take forever to respond and are generally unhelpful.
- This place has poor pest control, there were roaches, mice, and all types of bugs here.
- Residents smoke cigarettes in and around the complex, complaining does absolutely nothing.
- Rent increased every year even though the property is old and not well maintained (no improvements).
- The dog waste bins overflow with trash and never... have dog bags.
- Residents don't keep their dogs leashed and there is dog waste all over the property.
